The Sonoma County Culinary Guild is a dynamic group of food, beverage, and agriculture professionals that are dedicated to education, resource sharing, and community service. The monthly gatherings are the perfect place to network, learn more about our wonderful agricultural heritage in Sonoma County...and have a lot of fun!

Professional and Corporate members include chefs, restaurateurs, caterers, enologists, viticulturists, agriculturists, food writers, authors, publicists, photographers, stylists, retailers, graphic designers, illustrators, educators and consultants.

Student Membership is intended for students pursuing careers in the fields mentioned above.

Friends of the Guild members include people who support the culinary bounty of Sonoma County but who may not work in the culinary field.

Dues are for the fiscal year September 1st to August 31st. (After March 1st, six-month memberships are half the yearly price, except for student memberships.)

If accepted in the Professional or Corporate categories, you will be sent a membership directory, a current newsletter, and an information form for your entry in the next directory.

Membership Categories

Professional Membership—$55/year
A membership includes special rates at events for yourself and one guest. You also receive a subscription to the newsletter, a listing in the Guild's annual membership directory, and a membership card which provides discounts at contributing member businesses. Professional members receive a copy of the membership directory.

Corporate Membership—$135.00/year
The corporate membership is for businesses who would like to join the Guild with expanded benefits.
With a corporate membership, four people may come to Guild events at the special member price. This option includes up to two copies of the newsletter, which will be sent to designated persons. The corporate member's business is showcased in the membership directory, receive a highlighted position on our website, along with three months free advertising in the Guild newsletter.Corporate members receive a copy of the membership directory.

Student Membership$30.00/year
Student membership includes special rates at events for yourself and one guest. Your receive a subscription to the newsletter delivered via email, a listing in the Guild's annual membership directory, and a membership card which provides discounts at contributing member businesses.

Friends of the Guild Membership—$55/year
This membership entitles members to attendance at least two events per year, one of which may be a special event celebrating and thanking our “Friends.” In addition, if any monthly Guild Professional networking event is not sold out, “Friends” will be notified by e-mail and may attend at reduced member prices. "Friends" receive the monthly newsletter by email and a membership card which provides discounts at contributing member businesses.

Member Discounts
Your Sonoma County Culinary Guild membership card brings you discounts at local establishments.

Business owners: Join the list of local merchants and business owners who offer discounts to Guild members.

Sponsorships
We invite all members to participate in our Sponsorship Campaign. Past and current sponsors include O'Dell Printing who printed our brochures at no charge and John Mackie who has donated the attorney fees for the filing for our nonprofit status.

The following is a partial list of items that future sponsors may wish to underwrite for the SCCG:
  • Pay for SCCG's post office box for a year ($60)
  • Contribute copying expenses for the newsletter for a month ($100)
  • Cover postage for the year's membership directory mailing ($250)
  • Donate a site for an upcoming event
  • Defray the costs of a speaker fee for an upcoming event
  • Or choose an amount and we'll apply it to our most pressing need
Sponsors will receive recognition in the Kudos section of our newsletter, a display ad thanking them for their help, and a free ad in the newsletter, along with our sincere gratitude.

Yet another way to financially support the Culinary Guild would be to advertise your business in our monthly newsletter (three months for $30).
